Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form contains what you need to know before your booking is finalised, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Art. 5 of the Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (Distance Contracts Regulation). The booking-specific details in square brackets (service, date, number of people, total price) are shown filled in on the booking summary and in your confirmation email.

Total price and payment

[Total price including taxes — from the booking summary.] Prices are set in euros (EUR); other currencies shown on the website are for approximate information only. No online payment is taken through this website: payment is made on the day of the tour in cash or by card, or as stated in the booking confirmation. An additional charge on top of the price (e.g. an optional extra) is requested only if you separately and expressly agree to it.

Conclusion of the contract

Sending the booking form is a request. The contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email or WhatsApp. The confirmation message contains the service, date, number of people, total price and cancellation terms. Before sending the form, you can check and correct the information you entered on the booking summary.

Right of withdrawal

For leisure services to be provided on a specific date, under Art. 15(1)(g) of the Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (Distance Contracts Regulation) there is no right of withdrawal. Instead, you are given a right to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the service (Cancellation, Changes and Refund Terms).

Complaints and applications

In the event of a dispute, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ticaret Bakanlığı (Ministry of Trade), you can apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti (Consumer Arbitration Committee) where you live or where you purchased the service, and for disputes above those limits to the Tüketici Mahkemesi (Consumer Court).

Confirmation

By ticking the relevant box in the booking form, you confirm that you have read this pre-contractual information and that you received it before the contract was concluded.
